Research for experiments

I looked into laser cutting fabric as I want to know whether this would work, showed that it can be done and the results can produce intricate patterns on a piece of fabric which I think would be effective when shining an LED light through it. marchesa-trimmed-rectangle


I wonder if this would work if you half cut out the diamond pattern

I also created various Pinterest boards to draw inspiration from ( , ) and the following are images of my favourite from these mood boards.

I think it would be interesting to explore how to make a form that you 3D print but can compress- what cell structure works best

I like the concept of producing something using the digital fabrication tools to then manually make something else- such as making a stamp. I would like to utilize the tools in a different way than what they are generally used for.
